RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

By placing any order on this Website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the Website when this is applicable.

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery.

Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place in the shop on the exchange of goods or on the despatch of the products ordered, if the order is placed through the Website or telephone.

All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the Website or we order products for you.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and keep it secure and use reasonable endeavours to comply with UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

As the purchaser of items from Andreas Flower Boutique, the purchaser agrees that:

As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.

We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping

As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available

Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement.

If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns

As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Andrea’s Flower Boutique reserve the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible.

If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.

If no name is specified for the “card message”, will will put the name of the sender on the card

Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.

It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not 

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions.

Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point.
